½ cup orange juice
1 tsp. vinegar
½ tsp. teaspoon cardamom powder
2 tsp. sweet sugar
1 cup raisins blonde

Add in the pot the onions and turn 2-3 times.

Once the meat is tender, add the seeds of pomegranates with raisins and a little warm refreshing water. Allow the sauce to simmer for 20 minutes.

Step 5
Remove the meat from the pot, pass the sauce from the food processor and serve the meat with the sauce. It goes nicely with boiled potatoes or with steamed white rice.
