Easy, delicious and quick! Serve with French fries or warm potato salad!

6 pork sausages
1 cup lager
2 tbsp mustard mild or hot
2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
1 large onion, sliced
In a large non-stick frying pan heat 1 tbsp of oil on medium heat. Cook pork sausages until cooked through and golden brown. Transfer on a plate and keep warm.
Add the rest of the oil in the pan and fry onion until light golden.
Return sausages to pan, stir in mustard and beer and cook on medium heat for 12 to 15 minutes, until sauce thickens. Serve warm with French fries, crusty bread and green salad.
