Try this fresh and delicious salad filled with rich flavors and a fruity kick!

Serves: 3-4 Preparation time: 20′ Cooks in: – Ready in: 20′

Ingredients
For the salad:
5-6 lettuce leaves, washed, dry
30 grape berries
10 thin salami slices, halved
150gr feta cheese, diced
1/4 cup dill, finely chopped

For the vinaigrette:
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 cup spearmint leaves, finely chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tsp sweet paprika
Kosher salt, freshly ground black pepper

Method
Step 1
For the vinaigrette: Whisk all ingredients until well combined. Keep in the refrigerator until needed.

Step 2
Chop lettuce and toss in a serving bowl with dill. Scatter salami slices, grape berries and feta. Toss a couple of times and drizzle with the vinaigrette. Toss well again and serve.
