Our healthy, virgin Bloody Mary! Summer is on its way so it’s time to experiment on different smoothies. Try it! You’ll find it quite refreshing and delicious!

Serves: 4 Preparation: 20′ Cooks in: – Ready in: 20′

Ingredients
2 large ripe tomatoes, peeled
1 medium cucumber, peeled
1 lime, juiced
2-3 mint leaves (spearmint or celery)
1 glass ice cold water
a few Tabasco® drops
salt, a pinch
sugar, a pinch

Method

Step 1
Cut tomatoes and cucumber in half. Remove seeds and dice. Keep a few tomato and cucumber dices for serving and pulse the rest in a blender.

Step 2
Add the rest of the ingredients and pulse until smooth.

Step 3
Taste and add a little extra ice cold water, Tabasco® or seasoning if necessary. Divide in glasses, garnish with tomato and cucumber dices and a 1-2 mint leaves. Serve immediately, with a little freshly ground pepper on top.
