The perfect savory snack every time hunger creeps up !

Serves: 12 pieces Preparation time: 20′ Bakes in: 20′ Ready in: 40′

650 gr bread dough, from super market, defrosted
12 mozzarella slices
12 small slices pastirma or 24 thin slices sujuk
2 eggs beaten
olive oil

Step 1
Lay dough flat on a work surface. Cut 4 vertical pieces. Roll out dough and cut each piece horizontally in 3, so you get 12 dough pieces. Stretch slightly each piece lengthways.

Step 2
Take each piece and bring all four edges up to shape a little “boat”. Oil dough pieces.

Step 3
Push a slice of cheese inside dough and top with a slice of pastirma.

Step 4
Coat with egg and bake for 15-20 minutes in preheated oven at 180C until dough cooks and mini pizzas are nicely browned. Serve warm sprinkling with thyme or chili powder.
