Ingredients
2 large red apples, cored
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tbsp cinnamon powder

Method
Step 1
Preheat oven at 100C/fan. Stir sugar with cinnamon.

Step 2
Using a mandolin thinly slice the apples. Transfer on a shallow baking dish lined with baking parchment (make sure they do not overlap). Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.

Step 3
Bake for 1,5 or 2 hours, turning the sliced every 30 minutes. Cool on wire rack and transfer on an airtight container.
