12 chicken thighs
extra-virgin olive oil

For the marinade
½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
4 tbsp honey
½ cup soya sauce
3 tbsp mustard
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 large tomato, grated
1 tsp sweet paprika
1 cup sesame seeds
salt, black pepper

Step 1
In a large bowl mix all marinade ingredients well and toss chicken thighs till they are covered all over. Refrigerate for 2 hours.

Step 2
Preheat oven at 200οC. Brush a shallow non-stick baking dish with oil. Remove chicken thighs from marinade and coat in sesame seeds.

Step 3
Transfer on the baking dish and bake for 40-45 minutes on all sides until nicely colored and cooked through. Serve warm with
