Time for summer BBQs in the yard. Try these easy chunky pork souvlaki with your cool beer and have fun!

Serves: 5-6 Prep. time: 20′ + 1 h marinating Cooks in: 20′ Ready in: 40′

Ingredients
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 tbsp curry powder
1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
4 tbsp ketchup
750 pork, diced in same size chunks
330 ml beer
1 red bell pepper, diced (same size as pork)
1 green bell pepper, diced (same size as pork)
1 yellow bell pepper, diced (same size as pork)
wooden skewers, soaked in water for 20 minutes
salt, pepper

Method
Step 1
Mix garlic with curry and olive oil in a large bowl. Add pork and toss well. Add ketchup and toss again. Add beer, cover bowl and chill.

Step 2
Drain pork and thread pieces of meat and peppers alternating ingredients. Season with salt and pepper and grill until cooked through. Serve with tomato or green salad, pitta bread, tzatziki and chips.
