A tasty dip so easy to make! A success at any party!
Serves: 8 Preparation: 15′ Cooks in: – Ready in: 15′
5 ripe avocados, flesh scooped
1 lemon, juiced
1 onion whizzed
1 ripe tomato, finey chopped
1/2 cup fresh cilantro or parsley leaves, finely chopped
In a bowl mix avocado flesh with lemon juice and onion. Pulse in a food processor until smooth, scraping down sides as necessary.
Put avocado purre in a serving bowl and season with salt. Add tomato and cilandro or parsley and serve with tortilla chips or refrigerate until needed.
