This wonderfully versatile carrot-radish salad gets an upgrade with a garnish of smoked trout fillets! Yummy!

Serves: 2-3 Preparation: 20′ Cooks in: – Ready in: 20′

6-7 carrots, peeled, grated
5-6 radishes, sliced
3-4 celery leaves, chopped
3 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp mustard
2 smoked trout fillets
lemon wedges
parsley leaves
salt, freshly ground black pepper


Step 1
Mix carrots, radishes and celery in a large salad bowl, season with salt and pepper, then add mayonnaise and mustard and toss well.

Step 2
Add smoked trout fillets in large pieces, garnish with some capers, parsley leaves and lemon wedges and serve.
