Chicken-bacon-avocado club sandwiches deliver layers of flavor and goodness in each bite!

8 slices thin wheat bread, toasted
1 chicken cutlets, cooked
8 slices bacon
8 Bibb lettuce leaves
1 ripe tomato, sliced
2 small avocados, peeled
½ lemon, juiced
salt, freshly ground black pepper


Step 1
Heat well a large, non-stick frying pan on high heat. Fry bacon really well. Set aside.

Step 2
In a bowl cut avocados in thin slices, drizzle with lemon juice and season to taste. Brush slices of bread with mayonnaise on one side.

Step 3
Top 4 mayonnaise-topped bread slices with lettuce, tomato (season with a little salt), chicken, bacon and avocado. Top with the rest bread slices and eat warm.
