It’s simple: A burger with all out favorite kinds o meat. What a combination and a taste to die for!
Serves: 4 Prep. time: 15′ Cooks in: 50′ Ready in: 1:5′
4 burger buns
4 chicken fillets
2 pork sausages
500 g shrimps
1 red pepper
extra-virgin olive oil
caramelized onions, from a jar
For the burgers: Cut chicken in stripes, remove shrimp heads, tails and shells and cut sausage in half and then in pieces. Roast chicken and sausage on a skillet for 7-8 minutes. Add shrimps the last 4 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and all spices. Transfer on a plate.
Cook pepper for 3-4. Transfer on a plate.
Cut buns in half and spread BBQ sauce on both half buns. Alternate chicken, sausage, shrimp, onions and peppers. Cover the burgers with their “cap” and serve along with French fries and extra BBQ sauce.
