A unique dessert soup with a tropical flavor! It tastes so good that you could just keep eating!
Serves: 4-5 Preparation time: 20′ Cooks in: 15′ Ready in: 35′
1 large pineapple, peeled, in chunks
3 tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 large bananas (not very ripe), sliced
2 tbsp butter, melted
1 shot brandy
1 tsp ground cinnamon
Whizz pineapple, sugar and vanilla extract in a blender until smooth. Add half a cup cold water and whiz again for 2 minutes. Keep in the refrigerator.
Mix melted butter with brandy. Put bananas in a baking dish and pour over with butter mix. Grill until bananas are lightly browned.
Divide pineapple soup in serving bowls, garnishing with a few bananas and sprinkling with a little cinnamon.
