Watermelon juice is so simple to make… Refreshingly sweet and hydrating, it’s perfect for a hot summer day.

½ watermelon (2 kg), no seeds, in pieces
3 tbsp grenadine
3-4 spearmint leaves
Whizz watermelon in a blender until smooth.
Sieve watermelon puree, add grenadine and spearmint leaves and stir. Keep in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Divide juice in glasses and serve with ice cubes.
