An all-star, hearty, easy-to-follow salad… It’s full of protein, no doubt about that!

Ingredients
8 hard-boiled eggs
2-3 tbsp fish roe
125gr anchovy fillets, finely chopped
1 bunch parsley, finely chopped
1 bunch dill, finely chopped
1 bunch chives, finely chopped
dense whole grain bread for serving

Method
Step 1
Peel the eggs and chop them in a bowl. Toss with fish roe and anchovy fillets.

Step 2
Add the herbs and toss again. Serve in a bowl with slices of whole grain bread e.g. Scandinavian bread.
