Tabbouleh is a healthy, super-green salad, full of flavors, with a spicy-tangy kick. Try it and you’ll absolutely love it!

3 bunches parsley, finely chopped
1 bunch spearmint, finely chopped
1 small cucumber, diced
3 medium tomatoes, peeled, no seeds and juices, diced
1 small red onion, finely chopped
¼ cup fine bulgur wheat, boiled, strained
½ cup extra virgin olive oil
½ cup lemon juice
1/6 tsp cinnamon powder
1/6 tsp cloves powder
1/6 tsp allspice powder
1/6 tsp nutmeg powder
1/6 tsp paprika powder
salt, freshly ground black pepper


Step 1
Toss all chopped ingredients in a bowl. Make sure they are dry.

Step 2
Add bulgur, spices, salt and pepper and toss. Mix oil and lemon juice and toss with the salad.

Step 3
Cover bowl with plastic wrapper and leave in the fridge for an hour before serving.
