An easy meal that all kids will love. If they don’t like turmeric, replace it with sweet paprika.

2 chicken breasts, in bite size
2 tbsp honey
1/2 tbsp turmeric
2 tbsp soya sauce
1 garlic clove, crushed
2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
salt, pepper

Step 1
In a large bowl mix well honey, turmeric, soya sauce, garlic, oil and salt and pepper.

Step 2
Transfer chicken chunks in the large bowl and toss very well until nicely coated. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

Step 3
Heat a non-stick pan until hot and cook chicken until cooked through. Serve with vegetables, rice or potatoes.
