Is it a pizza? Is it a tart? Who can tell? One thing is certain: It is absolutely easy to make and delicious!
Serves: 5-6 Prep. Τime: 15′ Cooks in: 30′ Ready in: 45′
For the tart:
120 g flour
100 g Kaseri or Graviera cheese or Gruyere, grated
50 g yogurt
1 tbsp water
For the topping:
1 onion, sliced
2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
6-7 sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
1 tsp oregano
150 g feta cheese, diced
1-2 tbsp capers
Preheat oven at 180°C/fan. Tart: In a large bowl combine all ingredients, seasoning with a little salt and pepper until you get a thick mixture.
Brush a non-stick pan with oil and transfer tart mixture there.
In a pan, heat oil and cook onion until translucent and tender. Stir in tomatoes. Spread over the base and sprinkle with oregano. Scatter feta cheese and caper and bake in the oven until nicely browned. Serve warm with a nice green salad on the side.
