Try this delicious salad that uses the season’s delicious fruits! It is perfect for summer family dinners!

Serves: 4-6 Preparation time: 15′ Cooks in:Ready in: 15′

2 melons
8 fresh figs
12 slices bresaola
extra-virgin olive oil
balsamic vinegar
mozzarella balls
freshly ground black pepper


Step 1
Cut melon balls with the ice cream scoop. Cut figs in quarters.

Step 2
Toss all ingredients lightly in a large bowl with a little olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Season with black pepper πιπέρι and serve immediately.
