An easy pasta recipe and a great way to get your children to eat fish. Due to its simple ingredient list, this dish the ultimate example of a meal serving for surprise visitors because it can be cooked easily in such a short time. Ouzo here makes all the difference, transforming ordinary canned tuna into a delicacy.

Ingredients
1 packet of penne pasta
1 can of tuna preserved in oil
5 tablespoons olive oil
3 garlic cloves, chopped
3 ripe tomatoes, chopped
1 green pepper, cut into cubes
½ cup ouzo
1 teaspoon. fresh oregano
1 teaspoon sugar
4-5 sprigs parsley, chopped
1 chilli pepper and a few capers (optional)

Method
Step 1
Cook the pasta al dente by boiling them in plenty of salted water according to the packet instructions. Then drain the penne.

Step 2
Drain the tuna from the oil in the can and break it into large pieces.

Step 3
In a large nonstick pan, sauté the pepper with the olive oil pepper until soft. Add the tuna and garlic. Add the ouzo. Once it evaporates, add the tomatoes and reduce heat.

Step 4
Add the oregano, the sugar and the rest of the ingredients. Cover the sauce and cook for about 15 minutes. Add the parsley at the end.

Step 5
Pour the sauce over the penne and serve the pasta warm.
