Take the leftovers of your roast beef or beef stew and whip up a nice pita! It’s fantastic!
Serves: 1 Prep. time: 10′ Cooks in:– Ready in 10′
1 cup beef stew or roast beef
1/3 cup green cabbage, finely chopped
1 tbsp carrot, finely grated
1 Greek pita bread
Heat your leftover meat and shred it.
Warm your pita bread well in a grill pan or a non-stick frying pan. Put the meat and veggies in the middle of your open pita bread and wrap up. Add any other ingredient you like e.g. chopped parsley, grated cheese, a tbsp of strained yogurt, a pinch of paprika and enjoy!
