160gr fresh white cheese
200gr cream cheese
450gr white grapes
2 tbsp sweet red wine
1 tsp spearmint finely chopped
1 pinch of salt
1½ cup toasted hazelnuts, finely chopped


Step 1
Mix all ingredients well and form little balls.

Step 2
Squeeze them firmly and stuff one grape berry inside each ball. Form balls again. Roll each cheese ball on hazelnuts until covered well. Refrigerate until firm.

Step 3
Serve as an appetizer or dessert with honey or fruit.
