A quick, fresh, delicious summer salad!

Serves: 4, Preparation time: 15΄, Cooks in: 0΄, Ready in: 15΄

400 g. ripe cherry tomatoes, halved
400 g. watermelon flesh, seedless, in cubes
1 small red onion, sliced
100 g. manouri or feta cheese, crumbled
1 tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
½ tsp black sesame seeds
salt, black pepper freshly ground


Step 1
Place the oil, vinegar and rosemary in a jar with lid. Season with salt and pepper, close the jar and shake well until ingredients combine well.

Step 2
Place the cherry tomatoes, watermelon, onion slices and half the cheese into a bowl, drizzle over the dressing and combine.

Step 3
Sprinkle the rest of the cheese and sesame seeds and serve.
