Easy peasy, this cookie frozen yogurt! Everyone will love it!
Serves: 5-6 Preparation time: 20′ + freezing Cooks in: – Ready in: 20′
1 kgr strained yogurt full-fat
500gr granulated sugar
10 chocolate chip cookies or any other
For the strawberry sauce:
300gr strawberries washed, dry
2 tbsp brandy
4 tbsp granulated sugar
Beat yogurt and sugar together in medium speed for 15 minutes until fluffy and creamy.
Break cookies in chunks and fold in the yogurt mix using a spatula. Pop it into a stainless container and freeze for 2 hours.
For the strawberry sauce: Whizz strawberries with brandy and sugar for 2-3 minutes until sugar dissolves and you get a nice creamy sauce. Serve 2-3 scoops of frozen yogurt in glasses or ice cream bowls drizzling with some strawberry sauce on top.
