An easy and a very simple appetizer that is perfect for the Easter table.

Serves: for a 25x35cm baking dish Prep. time: 15′ Cooks in: 60′ Ready in: 1:15′

Ingredients
1 packet filo sheet pastry
400 g feta cheese, crumbled
2 Greek strained yogurts 2% fat
3 eggs
3/4 cup butter, melted
salt, pepper

Method
Step 1
Preheat oven at 200C/fan. Brush a baking dish with butter and line two filo sheets, brushing with butter one by one. Leave any edges overhanging. Take the first filo sheet and crumble it, forming a ball. Place it in the pan. Repeat procedure with remaining filo sheets and placing them next to each other in the baking dish. Drizzle with butter, reserving a little for finishing. Bake for 15 minutes until lightly colored. Allow to cool a little.

Step 2
In the meantime, beat eggs, yogurt, cheese, pepper, a little salt and reserved butter in a bowl.
Drizzle the pre-baked filo sheets in the dish and bake at 175C, until nicely colored and crunchy.
