This cool, fruit and creamy dessert is a total winner… The chocolate makes it a great party food and an easy sweet treat for adults and kids alike!

750ml coconut milk
120gr sugar
100gr milk chocolate, chopped
16gr gelatin leaves
red fruit for decoration (strawberries etc), chopped


Step 1
Soften gelatin leaves in cold water for 15 minutes and then squeeze out any excess water.

Step 2
Heat coconut milk and sugar over low heat until fully dissolved. Add in gelatin leaves and stir until dissolved and combined. Add in milk chocolate and stir until melted and well combined.

Step 3
Pour mixture into glasses or silicon moulds and let set in refrigerator for 2 hours. Once set, garnish with red fruit and serve.
