220 g butter 82%
280 g sugar
1 tbsp milk
3 g cinnamon powder
430 g soft flour
7 g baking powder
1 pinch of salt
50 g raisins
In the bowl of your stand mixer beat all ingredients until well combined and soft. Knead in a ball.
On a clean working surface open dough in a sheet 2 mm thick. Transfer on a large baking dish lined with baking parchment and refrigerate for 30 mins.
Line a large baking dish with baking parchment. Cut dough in shapes of your choice, brush with egg wash and bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 180°C/fan for 20′ or so. Allow to cool on a wire rack before serving.
