300gr red long peppers, chopped
2 pears, cored
300ml fresh orange juice
½ lemon, juiced
1 pinch salt
1 pear, in fine slices
2 spearmint leaf tops
Push peppers and pears through your juicer, then add orange and lemon juices and a pinch of salt.
Divide juice in 2 glasses, add ice cubes, garnish with a few pear slices, a spearmint leaf top and serve immediately.
