This simple, “lazy” cheese pie will make you devour it before you could say “cheese”! Perfect for a lunchbox or picnic or at the centre of the dinner table.

200gr Greek yogurt
300ml whole milk
125ml extra-virgin olive oil
500gr mixed milk cheeses, grated (e.g. feta, graviera, gruere)
2 cups self-rising flour
freshly ground black pepper
Preheat oven at 180C and line a baking dish with baking parchment.
In a bowl mix eggs, milk and yogurt using an egg beater. Stir in oil and flour in batches, until you get a nice batter. Stir in mixed cheeses and pepper.
Transfer mixture in the baking dish and cook for 30-35 minutes until nicely colored. Serve warm, drizzling with honey if you wish.
