Skip the store-bought ice cream in favor of a homemade, boozy frozen yogurt that takes just 20 minutes to make. Enjoy!
Serves: 2 lt Prep. time: 20′ + 5-6h freezing Cooks in:– Ready in: 20′
1 can heavy whipping cream
50 ml ouzo
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 can sweetened condensed milk
500 g Greek strained yogurt 2% fat
200 g chocolate, grated, melted
In your stand mixer whizz whipping cream in a bowl for 5 mins until fluffy. The last minute whizz in ouzo.
Add sweetened condensed milk and vanilla and whizz for another 2-3 mins until incorporated.
Add yogurt and incorporate. Transfer in a bowl suitable for freezers.
Stir in melted chocolate and create swirls with a fork. Cover bowl with lid and freeze until solid. Serve with a spoon sweet of your choice as a topping.
