Full of vitamins, this juice is the perfect energy boost all day long.

Serves: 4 Prep. time: 10′ Cooks in:Ready in: 10′

500 g pumpkin, peeled, diced
4 large carrots, peeled, diced
6 tangerines, peeled
1/4 tsp nutmeg

For serving:
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds, toasted
a little nutmeg


Step 1
Put all ingredients in your juicer and extract juice.

Step 2
Put ice in 3-4 glasses, divide juice, sprinkle with seeds and nutmeg and serve immediately of Refrigerate for 10 minutes so all flavors combine well.
