Make the best of any leftover chicken and prepare it easily and fast. This is a truly delicious dish you can treat your loved ones as well as guests with.

Ingredients
500 g shell pasta or other short pasta
170 g blue cheese, crumbled
200 g cherry tomatoes, halved
500 g chicken breast, grilled, diced
200 g broccoli florets, cut in pasta size
2 bunches chervil, finely chopped
1 tbsp sugar
40 ml rice vinegar
150 ml milk
80 ml extra-virgin olive oil
black pepper

Method
Step 1
Cook pasta according to packet instructions. Drain.

Step 2
In the meantime blanch broccoli for 20 sec. in boiling water. Drain in a colander.

Step 3
Dissolve sugar in milk and vinegar. Add crumbled cheese, oil and stir.

Step 4
In a large serving bowl toss pasta with blue cheese mix, chicken, broccoli and remaining ingredients and serve as a meal or a salad.
