A simple, delicious recipe featuring Middle Eastern flavors. Cut meat, eggplant and bread in same sized cubes, to cook at the same time.

Serves: 4 Preparation time: 15′ + 2h waiting Cooks in: 15′ Ready in: 30′

Ingredients
700 g lamb boneless, in chunks
2 large onions, grated
1 cup extra-virgin olive oil
2 large eggplants, diced
4 thick bread slices, diced
salt, black pepper
wooden skewers soaked in water for 20′ or metallic ones

Method
Step 1
In a bowl mix meat with onion, oil, salt and pepper. Marinate for 2 hours in the fridge.

Step 2
Thread pieces of meat, bread and eggplant alternating your ingredients. Cook in BBQ or your oven grill until nicely colored on all sides, basting with marinade liquid a few times while grilling. Serve hot with a nice Greek salad on the side.
