Moist, flavorful roast turkey chops recipe that’s so easy to make! It’s even perfect for Christmas dinner!

1 turkey leg, in chops
75 ml extra-virgin olive oil
2 lemons, zested and juiced
1 tbsp thyme
1 tbsp sweet paprika
4 tbsp hot mustard
1 kg poatoes, peeled, chopped
1/2 cup white dry wine
salt, black pepper
Preheat oven at 180C/fan. In a baking dish season chops well with salt and pepper and sprinkle with half zest, half thyme and half paprika. Drizzle with half olive oil and half mustard and toss well.
In a bowl season well potatoes with salt and pepper and remaining lemon zest, thyme, paprika, mustard and oil. Toss well and add to the baking dish around the chops. Pour in wine, cover with foil and bake for 50 mins. Remove foil, drizzle with lemon juice and bake for another 20 mins until potatoes and meat are nicely browned. Serve immediately with a nice green salad on the side.
